Is there an incidentals fee upon check-in?
Yes, we require an incidentals fee of $250 upon check in. Because our cabins were built with love we want to make sure that they don't get destroyed. Upon checkout your money will be credited back to your account within 2-3 business days. We don't plan to keep your money if you take care of the cabin through the duration of your stay :)

Are kids included as part of the total guest count?
Yes. We want to provide our guests with a first class experience with clean, well maintained, comfortable cabins to relax in or come back to after a long day hiking or skiing. Having too many guests in a house can be hard on the house and make cleaning and maintenance much more difficult. This is why we put a maximum guest number on each unit. We have 5 different cabin styles of varying size on the property, so please, spread out and get comfortable if you’d like!
